Conducting
Fleece Tape
We manufacture and export superior quality
conducting fleece tape, made of random oriented polyester fleece. Our
manufactured tape is highly durable and long lasting; it is impregnated with
heat resistant conducting varnish. The tape is resistant to most of the
organic & inorganic solvents, and can be combined with synthetic resin.
- Sizes available- 15mm, 20mm, 25mm (in width)
- Roll Length- 50mtrs
Other sizes can be customized in order to meet the desired specification of
the clients.
Application & Advantages
- Our conducting fleece tape is used for corona protection in the slots
of high voltage electrical machine.
- It is suitable for both resin rich & resin poor system.
- During the consolidation of coils, the coating on conducting fleece
tape is not diffused with the main slot insulation.
- When tape is immersed in VPI system, the particles of the tape do not
migrate to the epoxy resin bath.

Semi
Conducting Tape
We manufacture quality semi conducting
tape. Tape particles do not migrate to the oil when coil is immersed in it.
Our conducting tape is extensively used for corona discharge and shielding
in high voltage & high frequency cables and stress grading of high
voltage current transformer. Our tape is also used for EMI/RF shielding of
telephone cables.

Nomex Prepeg Paper
Nomex paper is coated with B stage epoxy
resin on both sides, to provide higher shear adhesion. It is suitable for
